These pins are an upgrade form the original stock hollow flare rivet that came on the Hobie. The Sister Screws are much easier to install and remove, and they are reusable. This rivets is what Hobie recommends for both the main traveler tack and the jib traveler track. We also recommend using an 1/8" stop sleeve, part number 002-1041, as a spacer to help you apply pressure on the rivet inside the track, as the track is too narrow for most rivet guns to get far enough inside to apply pressure to the rivet.
