Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to return gear or apparel and 90 days to return parts. If you are outside the return window, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. The restocking fee also applies to re-sellable special order items. Custom build items or items that are not in new condition will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Returns received without any documentation may have a $10 return processing fee applied. Returns of product sent out under Free Shipping policy, may have handling fees withheld.

Send the items you'd like to return to the address below. Please include a copy of your packing slip with the reason for return written on it. Once the return is received and inspected, the original payment method will be refunded for the items.

Product Condition:

As a general rule, Murrays Sports will work with customers to return and/or exchange items for a mutually beneficial outcome. If your items arrive damaged or are somehow otherwise defective, please document the issues and communicate with us ASAP. Otherwise, we would expect to get items back in the same condition that we sent them. If you wouldn't accept them as newly delivered products, we cannot accept them back without consideration. 

Custom orders, Clearance and Built to order:

If you have ordered cordage by the foot or custom rigging parts or products that are not normally stocked items, your order may not be eligible for return. Clearance and discounted items may similarly not be eligible for return.
