Ronstan's carbon-composite V-cleats are strong, lightweight and inexpensive, and are a simple solution to cleating lines under moderate loads. This cleat is great for control lines on catamarans and dinghies. A cutaway in base of fairlead cleats can be used as a becket for a 2:1 purchase system. Use with rope diameters of 1/8"-1/4". Measurement between hole centers is 1-7/8" and the cleat weighs only 0.4 oz.
