This is a Murrays product that features an Aluminum Harken 150 cam cleat, and HD swivel plate and a HD roller fairlead. H20 Rudder Bumper

The Rudder Bumper Hobie 20 is the wedge that mounts under the the lower casting on a Hobie 20 to prevent the rudders from turning too far into the hull and risking the tiller x-bar inverting. This also prevents stress on the hulls from the rudder casting slamming into it. This part mounts with a bolt and nut rather than a course thread screw like the original part.
