This aftermarket 3-piece tramp for Hobie® 14 is not made by Hobie Cat, so it is not legal for Hobie® class racing. Black polypropylene mesh is the ideal material for beach cat tramps because it is light, strong and comfortable with very good UV resistance, plus it allows water to drain, so you won't be sitting in a puddle. Grommets for Turbo jib block wires are included.

Wave Trapeze Wire BK (2)

The basic trapeze assembly is constructed to factory specifications and includes two coated trapeze wires 3/32" (1x19) with nylon handles and a thimble at each end. Wires end just below handles. Order shock cord and adjustment kits separately.

A trapeze adjustment kit (#01-1121 or 01-1140, purchased separately) may be added to wire with no installation charge! Check box when ordering and wire length will be adjusted accordingly.

The H17 Shroud 1/8″ is a single shroud for Hobie® 17 constructed with 1/8″ wire to factory specifications. Each. Choose from White or Black wire coating. Purchase two to ensure equal lengths.

Thimble/marine eye upgrade Hydraulic swaging produces a cleaner, stronger shroud. A marine eye is installed at the bottom end fitting where breakage commonly occurs. Electrolysis is reduced because both wire and marine eye are stainless steel. Wire manufacturers recommend stainless steel marine

The SX has a taller mast and longer trap wires than the standard Hobie SE and Magnum versions.

The Murrays Double Trapeze is a set of 4 black or white coated trap wires with 4 handles for double trapezing. A single thimble per pair of handles eliminates clutter at that mast connection.
Order shock cord, harness loops and adjustment kits separately.
