RIVET CCP 6-4 (3/16 X 1/4)

The Hobie Baby Bob Mast Float is designed to offer the safety and security of mast head flotation with minimized drag through the air, the Baby Bob is fixed in position to the mast head with the included mounting hardware.

The Baby Bob is standard on all Hobie Waves This float will also fit the Getaway and Hobie 16 with or without CompTip. Some drilling may be necessary. The larger Mama Bob (#07-30119) is also an option for most Hobies.

The 6" Access Port with Lip is standard on the Hobie 18 and newer Prindle cats and it is an excellent upgrade for older Prindles. Ports can be installed on any flat deck, including kayaks, where there is 8-1/2" of flat surface available. These ports come with the inner lip so they are compatible with the 6"cat bag. Does not include hardware, hardware options shown in the related items section below.

The Rudder Locking Kit Hobie 17, 18, 20, 21 includes the rudder spring, rudder casting screw, and the rudder plunger for the Hobie 17, 18, 20 and 21.

Delrin screw is 3/4-10 thread. In many cases you can drill it out with a 5/8" drill bit and then get a 3/4-10 tap to clear the threads.

The Tack & Clew Plate Replacement Kit includes one pair anodized aluminum plates with rivets to be set with a hammer. Rounded triangular plates measure 2-1/2″ by 2-1/2″ by 3″. Replacement rivets are available separately (#19-5005). These are commonly used as the H16 main sail clew plate and tack plate on older H16 sails. Newer sails use a hydraulic press ring at the tack and clew.
