The CL222 Racing Mini aluminum Clamcleat® is small, neat and lightweight and can be fixed to horizontal or vertical surfaces. It is a very useful cleat for small dinghies, and is also used in kiteboarding on bars and for adjusting the 5th line on kites.

The Hobie 16 Aussie upper forestay runs parallel to the Aussie Forestay and is for the jib halyard line. The Jib Halyard line raises and jib and controls the mast rake. It runs from the top of the jib, thru the fiddle blocks and down the mast to the halyard cleat. The Aussie system provides a 4:1 pulley system to allow for easy mast rake adjustment on the fly and the independent forestay provides redundant a safety system if the jib luff wire or the jib halyard were to break.
