The Hobie 20 style Tiller Connector System by Hobie has been adapted as a retrofit for all Hobies! It has become standard on new Hobie production boats. It is easy to adjust with an exact, snug fit. It only takes seconds to install/remove tiller crossbar. Replacement parts are also available.

This is an entire kit. These were introduced on the Hobie Miracle 20. The earlier boats had slightly different tiller arms and as such the inserts were a slightly different size. If you are purchasing to replace parts on an early to mid 90s Miracle 20 rudder system, you may need new tiller arms as well or need to come up with a solution to take up the slop.

Adjusting the width of the tiller crossbar adjusts the angle of your rudders, toe in and toe out.  Hobie recommends that your rudders are toe in 1/8 to 1/4 inch. 

Applications: Hobie Waves using H 18 Rudder Assemblies, Hobie 14, Hobie 16, Hobie 17, Hobie 18 / Hobie 18 SX, and Hobie 20.
