The Aussie Jib Halyard Kit for the Hobie 16 allows easier tacking, better mast rotation and consistent mast bend! Reduce mast compression by 66%!  Use with one piece Aussie Jib Forestay. Or use an upper forestay and a separate Aussie Forestay. The Hobie 16 Aussie Jib Halyard Kit includes everything you need to connect your jib halyard to the Aussie forestay Pigtail: hardware with all Harken blocks, 70' of pre-stretched line, fairlead with rivets, zippered pouch and instructions. Class legal for racing. 

The Hobie 16 Aussie Jib Halyard is an improvement to the factory stock Aussie Halyard System. This kit is very universal and can be used with a Aussie length forestay and a upper forestay as the Aussie Pigtail. It can be used with the classic 2 piece upper and lower forestay and 2nd upper forestay as the Aussie pigtail. Or is can be used with the Murrays Aussie forestay with pigtail.
