Downhaul Cleat with Screws Murrays Part# 001-1020 The Downhaul Cleat Kit is for mounting in mast track (such as Hobie 16) and includes cleat, screws and channel inserts. Center-to-center hole spacing is 1-1/8". We have another kit for the halyard cleats on the side of the mast that includes rivets.
