Cat Trax with Cradles 8-8'6"

The Cat Trax with Cradles are Murray's choice for best beach wheels! This lightweight, yet sturdy rustproof catamaran beach dolly will carry your catamaran easily over sand, rocks, mud or pavement. The Cat Trax features strong aluminum wheel rims with two-ply pneumatic rubber tires. Cat Trax roller bearings provide low-friction wheeling. The standard length axle is double-drilled to accommodate either 8' or 8'6" wide cats. Cradles are necessary for any boat with a round bottom.

Choosing Axel Width: The best way to know which axle you need is to measure the width of your boat.  All boats under 8' wide use the 8' Axle.  All boats between 8' and 8'6" need the 8' axle.

Choosing Cradle Width:
#13-1402 with Standard Cradles (for H-16, H-18, Getaway, Wave, etc.)
#13-1402-1 with Wide Cradles (for Hobie 20, Inter 18, 20 or boats with wider rounded hulls).
We ask you to please specify your boat make and model in order to confirm the best fit of the cradles to your boat.

Optional aluminum backing plates (#13-1408 pair) allow the cradles to be more easily mounted to a trailer with a square or rectangular crossbar. An optional axle extender (#13-1409) is available for boats wider than 8-1/2'.
