Tension and de-tensioner shrouds on your Hobie Cat easily for the perfect rig tension. Use in conjunction with shroud extending righting systems for complete re-tensioning while out on the water. Requires shrouds be shortened. Check class rules for racing. Includes quick release pin to lock in closed position, and extends to 10-1/2 inch length from a compress length of 8-1/2 inches.
