25/64" SSR Racing Sheet 10mm

Alpha Rope SSR 10mm Racing Sheet is a single braid racing sheet that is extremely versatile. It is light, strong, abrasion-resistant and durable. It is popular among Olympic sailors and recreational racers alike. SSR does not absorb water. It has a soft hand feel and does not kink making SSR an great all-around sheeting line. Comparable to 3/8″ line and great for use as an oversized mainsheet on Hobiecat, Nacra and Prindle catamarans. Great for high wind applications and those who like a wider line for more grip.

• Main and jib sheets on beach catamarans, dinghies, sport boats and keelboats.

Hand/Feel: Alpha Rope SSR 10mm Racing Sheet has a very soft feeling, with good grip.
Materials: Dyneema SK78 / Cordura blend Dyneema is its strength and enables it to have a high working load, while the Cordura gives this line soft handle and great cleating characteristics. The Dyneema / Cordura blend does not absorb water, so the line retains its light weight at all times.
Splicing: SSR is a solid braid and is not easy to splice
Stiffness: SSR is a very flexible line that will run thru blocks easily

We have indicated the purchase ratio on some of the boats. If you are using a modified main-sheet system, with more or less pulleys on your mainsheet, the general rule of thumb is add 4 feet for additional pulleys, and subtract 4 feet for fewer.
