Benefits:

- Compatible with virtually all harnesses
- Quick click connect and disconnect
- Inexpensive
- Reliable and comfortable

Cons:

- Does not work on harnesses without "Mystic Battle Belt or Dakine Power Belt" style compression belts.  IE: not compatible with Dakine Nitrous Shorts, Vega and Vision Harnesses.
- You can't lay down on a surfboard with it
