The Murrays H16 One Piece Rudder Gudgeon are the strongest gudgeons available. Hobie has made the one-piece gudgeon standard on new boats in 2005. Due to limited supply and increasing demand, we have come up with an upgraded version.  One-piece gudgeons are always in perfect alignment. Excellent replacement for Hobie 16 catamarans that have lost the use of one or more gudgeon screws because this uses 8 fasteners (#19-3520) instead of only 6. Fully equipped with 3 self lubricating nylon rudder pin bushings.

Note: Due to variations in construction of Hobie cat sailboats, holes may not line up with original equipment holes. The gudgeon has extra holes, so if your holes don't align, you should be able to drill and tap new ones into your transom.

The Murrays version is not cast but machined and then anodized for superior strength and longevity.
