RUDDER LOCKING KIT H14/16

Hobie® factory rudder locking kit for Hobie® 14 or 16 includes one each plunger, 2-1/2" spring (#50-10432000), and Delrin screw.
Delrin screw is 3/4-10 thead. In many cases you can drill it out with a 5/8" drill bit and then get a 3/4-10 tap to clear the threads.
