    Foils come in all shapes and sizes: the main things to consider are aspect ratio and size.  Higher aspect wings require more speed to foil and they typically are not as good at carving turns.  But for this you will get increase efficiency per size, reduced drag, increased top speed, glide and pumping.

    Lower aspect foils are easier to learn with and are better for carving turns.  They foil at lower speeds and have a lower top speed.

    We recommend starting with a large foil like the Gravity 2200 or the Phantom 1680 to start off with for riders over 180lbs.  Riders can size down if under 180lbs and/or if riding in winds over 20mph.

    F-ONE TITAN MAST FOOT Murrays Part# 54-5110 The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminum masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings. It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminum mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.

The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kite foiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular.
