Wing Foil boards come in all shapes and sizes, from tiny lunch trays, to SUPs, prone boards, downwinders, and big party barges.  Most people start on a 90 to 120L board and then size down as their skill and conditions allow.  The bigger the board the more stable for learning and light wind areas, while lighter people and stronger winds will allow riders to use smaller boards that allow for more radical maneuvers.
