I LOVE how Murrays looks at an order and calls me to verify the parts I am ordering are actually what I need, not just what I "think" I need. You guys saved me last spring from ordering the wrong wing covers for my Hobie 18, and made a great suggestion this time about using stainless rivets in "strength" areas vs. aluminum rivets (although I still needed both). I truly appreciate a company who is looking out for me and making sure I get the correct parts. Even when I screw-up your staff has helped make sure I don't, and my Hobie repairs are all the faster and smoother because of it.

I placed my first order with Murray’s for a few items for my Nacra 5.0 and was very-very pleased with both the polite and professional way Stan helped me with the ordering process as I couldn’t order on-line do to computer problems. My second order was placed I believe a week or two later and I had the pleasure of talking with Steve-- same great service even when I challenged Steve on the price of an item he pointed out the reason for the cost in a polite way and convinced me that I was purchasing a high quality item.
